Provincial health covers the cost of the following services;
Anesthetic (Freezing)
The traditional needle injection is used for freezing.
Pre-Op Consultation
With Basic Coverage patients must get approved for surgery during an office visit.
Booking your Vasectomy
Once approved, patients will be offered the next available appointment when booking online.
Test Results
With Basic Coverage an office visit is required to get test results. We do not provide results by phone or email.
Cancellation Fee
There is a charge of $250 for patients who do not provide sufficient notice of cancellation.
Medical Forms
There is a $75 fee for completing medical insurance forms. |
